Exceptions / non-returnable & Damages and issues
1. Due to hygiene purposes, the following products are not exchangeable/ refundable:
- Panties / Cami Set /Lingerie set
- Girdles / Bodysuits
- Sale / Promo product(s)
- Accessories
*Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
General Return Policy
1. To return or request an exchange, kindly fill in the Return Request Form here. Our Customer Care team will contact you from Monday through Friday to provide you with a Return Request Form and assist you in the return/ exchange process. A Return Request Form must be attached to your returning product(s) when mailing it back to Aimer Singapore.
2. Return of products ordered online cannot be returned/exchanged at any Aimer retail boutiques or Aimer departmental store counters.
3. Return must be within 7 working days of receiving the product(s).
4. All purchases must be returned with the return form and guarding box via secure freight with a tracking number.
5. Email Aimer Customer Service with the tracking number and freight service used for the return.
6. All return/ exchange product(s) are the customers’ responsibility until they reach Aimer Singapore.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
1. Aimer Singapore will refund your credit card for the total price you originally paid. Any shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable for returned product(s).
2. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. The Return & Exchange policy only applies to product(s) purchased online from Aimer Singapore.
4. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Aimer(Singapore) Pte Ltd shall be final and conclusive.
