1. Eligibility

1.1 This campaign is open to Participants in the Singapore market.

1.2 Voting is open to all eligible Participants and does not require AIMER Singapore membership.

1.3 To participate in the Spin & Win draw, participants must be AIMER Singapore members. New Participants may participate in the draw after completing registration.

1.4 Participants must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age required under Singapore law.

1.5 Each member may use only one account to participate. Duplicate registrations, false information, malicious voting, cheating, or abusive behaviour will result in disqualification.

1.6 Employees of AIMER and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Participate

Participants must follow the steps below:

2.1 Enter the campaign page via Instagram, the local site banner, EDM, or WhatsApp.

2.2 Browse the 3 autumn looks: Look A / Look B / Look C.

2.3 Select the preferred look and click VOTE NOW.

2.4 Log in or register as an AIMER Singapore member.

2.5 After login unlock the Spin & Win chance.

2.6 Each member is entitled to only 1 spin during the entire campaign period.

3. Campaign Rules and Prizes

3.1 Spin chance. Each Participant is entitled to 1 spin during the entire Campaign Period.

3.2 Guaranteed win — 100% winning rate. Every spin is a guaranteed win. 100% of all spins will win a Prize; there are no blank or non-winning draws. The winning odds and redemption rules of all Prizes are as the followings.

3.4 One redemption per Participant: Each Participant can redeem only 1 Prize throughout the Campaign Period, whether online or in-store.

3.5 Same Participant. The same email address or mobile number will be considered as the same customer.

3.6 Redemption period: All Prizes must be redeemed within 14 days from the end of the Campaign Period. For the avoidance of doubt, as the Campaign Period ends on November 12 2026, all Prizes must be redeemed by November 26 2026, 23:59 (Singapore Time, UTC/GMT+8:00). Any Prize not redeemed by the deadline will be deemed forfeited. The Organiser will not reissue, replace, or extend any expired Prize.

3.7 Redemption method. Prizes must be redeemed by presenting the Unique Redemption Code issued to the Participant. Each Prize may be redeemed only once.

3.8 Online and in-store usage. Online rewards can be used on aimer.com.sg only. Physical gifts must be collected in person at the AIMER MBS Ladies Store (Marina Bay Sands, Ladies Store).

3.9 Combined with member discount. The $10 Off and $5 Off vouchers (on orders over $200) can be used in combination with AIMER Singapore member discounts.

3.10 Non-transferable. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and may not be resold.

4. Other Terms

4.1 Participants must provide true, accurate, and complete information.

4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant involved in cheating, vote manipulation, technical interference, abnormal account activity, or other misconduct.

4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on aimer.com.sg.

4.4 By participating in this campaign, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

4.5 The Organiser will collect, use, and protect participants' personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), solely for campaign management, prize redemption, customer service, and legal compliance purposes.

4.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser's decision shall be final.

Q1. Where can I find my reward?

Your winning voucher or redemption code will be available in Member Rewards → My Rewards after your lucky draw.

Q2. Is my prize for online or in-store use?

Please refer to the prize table in Clause 3.3. Online Discounts are for use on aimer.com.sg only. Physical prizes must be collected in person at the AIMER MBS Ladies Store at Marina Bay Sands.

Q3. How long do I have to redeem my prize?

All prizes must be redeemed within 14 days from the end of the Campaign Period. As the Campaign Period ends on  November 12, 2026, the redemption deadline is November 26, 2026 23:59 (Singapore Time, UTC/GMT+8:00). Prizes not redeemed by the deadline will be deemed forfeited and will not be reissued or extended.

Q4. How do I redeem my 'Redeem In Store' prize?

Redeem In Store: Show your unique redemption code at AIMER MBS Ladies Store at Marina Bay Sands.

Online Discount: Add the item to your cart on aimer.com.sg, the prizes will be automatically deducted. Each prize may be redeemed only once, and each Participant may redeem only one prize throughout the Campaign Period.

Q5. Can I use my voucher together with my member discount?

Yes. The $10 Off and $5 Off vouchers (for orders over $200) may be used in combination with applicable AIMER Singapore member discounts.
